This cottage is located on the lake shore of  Bass Lake, near Pentwater Michigan. 

It has a detached two car Garage with new roof in 2010, built in work bench and cabinets for storage.

You have views of the lake and wetlands from the Deck,  Kitchen/Main Room and Two Bedrooms. You can see the top of Eagle top to the West and Sunrises to the East.

There is water Access to Bass Lake outlet at Lake Michigan. If you do not want to take a boat, you could easily walk to the beach as it is only a one block walk.

Kids and grand kids  (or kids at heart) can Kayak, Canoe, and Paddle boat in the area in front of the cottage safely without being in the open water of the lake. If you know the cottage you know that I have lots of boats I have Sailed, Jet Skied,  Inboard Ski Boat, Kayaked, Canoed, Paddle Boated, etc., etc. from this area.

The inside of the Cottage was re-done with a new kitchen with Amish Maple Cabinets, master bedroom and bath about seven years ago.  At that time the deck was added as well as the new Anderson windows and Pella sliding glass door was completed. The rest of the cottage had fresh paint, flooring, etc. I have lots of before photos if anyone would desire to see them. The wood seawall was also done in this time period.
